# Latias #XY78 — XY Black Star Promos

## Summary

Latias is a Hoenn favorite with a loyal following, and the Latios pairing built into its draw attack gives collectors a reason to hunt both together. As a Black Star promo it was handed out rather than pulled from packs, so scarcity comes from distribution, with Sakuma's name as a bonus. At a $91 modelled guide, with 43 copies traded in 30 days, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.14 out of Temporal Forces; PSA has slabbed 1,487 of these and only 3 are 10s, a 0.2% gem rate that makes the raw-to-gem gap the entire trade.
