# Jirachi #XY67 — XY Black Star Promos

## Summary

Jirachi is a Hoenn mythical wished into collectors' hearts by the Star Festival lore, so a promo printing always finds takers among Gen III fans. This XY-era giveaway was a Basic with disruptive Special Energy removal, charming to play but never a serious tournament staple, and sui's illustration adds quiet appeal. At a $31 modelled guide, with 8 copies traded in 30 days, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.25 out of Stellar Crown; PSA has slabbed 120 of these and none are 10s, a 0% gem rate that makes the raw-to-gem gap the entire trade.
