# ___________'s Pikachu #24 — Wizards Black Star Promos

## Summary

The blank-name Pikachu is the oddball of the early promo run, a birthday gimmick that was always more party favor than competitive card. Pikachu's Gen I mascot status and Kagemaru Himeno's Base Set-era pedigree keep collectors interested, even though a Common promo was never a chase pull. The modelled guide sits at $498, down 3% over 30 days on 6 copies traded, with 60 days of inventory on the board; no PSA population is on file, with original packs long past any pull-rate math.
