# Surprise! Time Machine #91/109 — Team Rocket Returns

## Summary

The Time Machine Trainer from Team Rocket Returns is a quirky devolve-then-re-evolve engine that rewarded rules-minded players more than raw power, and as a mid-tier Uncommon it draws collectors who enjoy Tabata's work and oddball Trainer designs. The modelled guide sits at $8.04, up 5% over 30 days on 11 copies traded, with 90 days of inventory on the board; a ACE 10 brings $60, 7.4 times raw, but PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
