# Dark Dragonair #31/109 — Team Rocket Returns

## Summary

Dark Dragonair is a Team Rocket Returns uncommon whose Poke-POWER let it tutor any Evolution card to hand, a utility role that made it a useful engine piece in EX-era evolution decks. Dragonair's steady fan following and Emi Miwa's illustration credit keep a modest collector pull. The modelled guide sits at $9.01 with 37 copies traded in 30 days, with 273 days of inventory on the board; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
