# Dark Ampharos #2/109 — Team Rocket Returns

## Summary

Dark Ampharos is a Team Rocket Returns Stage 2 whose Darkest Impulse Poké-Body punished evolving, a neat fit for a set about Rocket's twisted Pokémon. Ampharos is a Johto favorite, and Emi Miwa's illustration is a draw, though the Shock Bolt cost kept it more binder piece than tournament threat. A $0.69 modelled guide says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file.
