# Empoleon #2/100 — Stormfront

## Summary

Empoleon is the Sinnoh starter that grown-up fans quietly rank near the top, and Kouki Saitou is a long-running Pokémon illustrator whose work appears across many eras. In Stormfront, a holo Stage 2 like this was a solid pull, not a chase slot, and its Emperor Aura power gave it a disruptive tournament angle. The modelled guide sits at $16 with 10 copies traded in 30 days; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
