# Rare Candy #191/198 — Scarlet & Violet

## Summary

Rare Candy is the Item that makes Stage 2 decks work, letting a deck skip the Stage 1 and land its big attacker a turn early, so it has been a competitive staple wherever Stage 2 lines are played. Studio Bora Inc. handled this version, but the demand comes from playability, not shelf appeal. At a $0.24 modelled guide, up 41% over 30 days on 149 copies traded, with 2,182 days of inventory sitting on the board, 4% of this printing’s price is collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.23 out of Mega Evolution; no PSA population is on file.
