# Steven's Advice #83/108 — Power Keepers

## Summary

Steven's Advice is a modest uncommon Supporter from the EX era, a draw effect that scaled with the opponent's board and never became a staple. Its real appeal is the Ken Sugimori credit and the Hoenn champion's name, which pull in character collectors more than players. The modelled guide sits at $4.78, down 10% over 30 days on 9 copies traded, with 182 days of inventory on the board; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
