# Lugia-EX #108/135 — Plasma Storm

## Summary

Lugia-EX arrived in the Plasma era as a Plasma-engine attacker, and its Overflow ability, taking an extra Prize, was the headline of the EX design philosophy. Lugia carries a Gen II fan following that keeps these Plasma Storm EXs wanted, with Toyste Beach on the art. At a $159 modelled guide, with 10 copies traded in 30 days, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $1.09 out of Prismatic Evolutions; the slab is the real edge, with PSA 10s at $102,000 and a 6% observed gem rate putting about $3,700 of expected profit per submission.
