# Tornadus-EX #98/116 — Plasma Freeze

## Summary

Tornadus-EX is best remembered for Windfall, a one-energy hand refresh that made it a frequent opener in Plasma decks during Black & White. The Forces of Nature remain popular Unova legendaries, and Eske Yoshinob's name adds modest appeal for artist-minded collectors. The modelled guide sits at $30 with 4 copies traded in 30 days; a PSA 10 guides at $549, 18 times raw, but a 7% gem rate against $85 of fees makes grading a losing trade.
