# Metang #23 — Nintendo Black Star Promos

## Summary

Metang is the middle step of the Beldum line, and Hoenn's steel trio has a devoted following that carries it well past the Stage 1 slot. Mitsuhiro Arita, the artist behind the original Charizard, gives a small promo extra attention for completists and Arita collectors. At a $295 modelled guide, with no copies traded in 30 days, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.09 out of Chaos Rising; a PSA 10 brings $564, 1.9 times raw, but PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
