# Eevee #38/75 — Neo Discovery

## Summary

Eevee is arguably the most beloved Gen I Pokémon outside the starters, and this Neo-era Uncommon carries a Pokémon Power built around the Johto-era Eeveelutions, which makes it a quirky piece of early design. Mid-tier in its set, it draws collectors who want a classic Aya Kusube-illustrated Eevee without chase-slot money. At an $8.07 modelled guide, with 72 copies traded in 30 days, with the tape reading as a steady markup with inventory under control, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.18 out of Shrouded Fable; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
