# Mega Latias ex #011 — MEP Black Star Promos

## Summary

Latias has long been one of Hoenn's most beloved legendaries, and a Mega ex version carries that affection into the new Mega era. As a black star promo it sits outside any booster chase, so demand comes from fans and completionists, with 5ban Graphics a familiar name on these illustrations. At a $0.78 modelled guide, down 10% over 30 days on 275 copies traded, with only 12 days of inventory on the board, 29% of this printing’s price is collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.55 out of Mega Evolution; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
