# Grookey #8/25 — McDonald's Collection 2021

## Summary

Grookey opened the Galar story as the Grass starter, and its drumstick-wielding chimp design has kept a loyal following even though Rillaboom tends to overshadow it. A promo handed out with fast-food meals, it was never a pull or chase, so its appeal is kirisAki's name and casual nostalgia. A $0.29 modelled guide, down 9% over 30 days on 18 copies traded, says bulk, and the tape reads as a decline with nothing absorbing it, and the economics stop there: PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it, and the same card plays for $0.17 out of Twilight Masquerade.
