# Torchic #2/12 — McDonald's Collection 2016

## Summary

Torchic sits at the top of the Hoenn starter tier for many fans, a Fire chick that Gen III players remember fondly and still rank high among first partners. Handed out through McDonald's promotions, it was never a pull or a chase slot, so demand comes from nostalgia and from completing the Hoenn starter trio. At a $6.00 modelled guide, with no copies traded in 30 days, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.18 out of Journey Together; no PSA population is on file.
