# Choice Helmet #229/214 — Lost Thunder

## Summary

Choice Helmet was a Tool that blunted GX and EX attackers, a niche defensive pick that saw occasional play but never defined a deck. The secret rare treatment is the real draw, since Lost Thunder's gold-border Trainers sat at the very back of the set, and Eske Yoshinob's name adds a modest following. The modelled guide sits at $5.31, flat over 30 days on 3 copies traded, with 818 days of inventory on the board; a PSA 10 brings $78, 15 times raw, but a 36% gem rate against $85 of fees makes grading a losing trade.
