# Purugly #50/106 — Great Encounters

## Summary

Purugly is a Sinnoh Stage 1 with a cult following for its smug, oversized-cat attitude, a Pokémon fans either adore or love to mock. Ken Sugimori, who drew the original art for the franchise, is the draw here; the uncommon slot makes this a quiet mid-tier pull. A $0.46 modelled guide, flat over 30 days on 6 copies traded, says bulk, with 394 days of inventory on the board, and the economics stop there: PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it, and the same card plays for $0.06 out of Stellar Crown.
