# Illumise #71/106 — Great Encounters

## Summary

Illumise is a Common with a modest Poke-POWER that fetches Grass Basics, a small engine that made it a sensible inclusion in Grass lists of its day. The draw now is Ken Sugimori, original Pokémon artist, which gives a bulk-slot Hoenn firefly a quiet pull for illustrator completists. A $0.31 modelled guide, down 6% over 30 days on 3 copies traded, says bulk, with 394 days of inventory on the board, and the economics stop there: PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it, and the same card plays for $0.19 out of Twilight Masquerade.
