# Golduck #35/62 — Fossil

## Summary

Golduck is a Gen I Water type with a steady following, and Kagemaru Himeno, an original-era illustrator whose name carries weight with Wizards-period collectors, adds a reason to look. As a Fossil uncommon it was a middling pull, so demand rests on nostalgia, not scarcity. At a $1.52 modelled guide, with 56 copies traded in 30 days, with 1,149 days of inventory on the board, 89% of this printing’s price is collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.17 out of Ascended Heroes; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
