# Dragonite #43/165 — Expedition Base Set

## Summary

Dragonite is a Gen I favorite with a devoted following that outlasts any single set, and Kagemaru Himeno's name is the other draw, an illustrator from the original Japanese Pokémon card team. As a plain Rare in Expedition, it was a mid-tier pull whose appeal runs on nostalgia rather than tournament play. The modelled guide sits at $119, flat on asks over 7 days on 12 copies traded in 30 days, with 182 days of inventory on the board; PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it, with original packs long past any pull-rate math.
