# Rescue Scarf #115/124 — Dragons Exalted

## Summary

Rescue Scarf is a Pokémon Tool that kept one expensive Pokémon out of the discard pile, which earned it steady play in Black & White lists built around big attackers. As an uncommon it was never anyone's chase pull, so interest stays with players and Ryo Ueda completists. A $0.67 modelled guide, down 6% over 30 days on 9 copies traded, says bulk, with 121 days of inventory on the board, and the economics stop there: a PSA 10 guides at $41, 62 times raw, but PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
