# Buffer Piece #83/97 — Dragon

## Summary

Buffer Piece is a Pokémon Tool from the early EX era, a damage-soak trinket that never carved out a competitive niche and mostly sat in trade binders. Katsura Tabata illustrated it, but demand is thin: an uncommon Trainer with no meta footprint, collected almost purely by set completionists. A $0.56 modelled guide, up 6% over 30 days with no copies traded, says bulk, with 485 days of inventory on the board, and the economics stop there: PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
