# Salamence #8/20 — Dragon Vault

## Summary

Salamence is one of the most beloved pseudo-legendary dragons among Hoenn fans, and this Dragon Vault version carried a disruptive Ability that made it a real option for players who liked pressure over raw damage. A promotional-style vault Rare, it rewards dragon collectors more than set completionists. The modelled guide sits at $6.60, up 5% over 30 days on 45 copies traded, with 30 days of inventory on the board; the slab is the real edge, with PSA 10s at $3,000 and a 9% observed gem rate putting about $130 of expected profit per submission, and the slabbed population is growing 54% a month, faster than 99% of tracked cards.
