# Weakness Policy #126/147 — Burning Shadows

## Summary

Weakness Policy was a niche Tool, a tech pick for decks dreading one bad matchup, never a format staple. As an uncommon it came by the handful, so what interest remains rests on Ayaka Yoshida's name and Sun & Moon-era binder completionists. A $0.12 modelled guide with 7 copies traded in 30 days says bulk, with 496 days of inventory on the board, and the economics stop there: a PSA 10 brings $146, 1,217 times raw, but PSA does not split this card’s population by finish, so no gem rate can be read for it.
