# Blunder Policy #131/172 — Brilliant Stars

## Summary

Blunder Policy is a Pokémon Tool built for coin-flip decks, turning a tails into a fresh hand, which made it a narrow sideboard pick rather than a format staple. As a mid-tier uncommon it never carried chase demand, so interest is mostly Ayaka Yoshida completists and players with niche builds. A $0.09 modelled guide, up 29% over 30 days on 11 copies traded, says bulk, with 1,308 days of inventory on the board, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file.
