# Bill #118/130 — Base Set 2

## Summary

Bill is the draw-two Trainer that Base Set players slotted into nearly every deck, and the Base Set 2 reprint kept that workhorse in circulation. Ken Sugimori's name on a bulk common draws a niche of nostalgic completionists, but demand stays modest. A $0.42 modelled guide with 5 copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: a PSA 10 brings $61, 146 times raw, but a 26% gem rate against $85 of fees makes grading a losing trade, with original packs long past any pull-rate math.
