# Skitty (Japanese) #011 — Treecko Constructed Starter Deck

## Summary

Skitty reached Japanese players in January 2003, a year and a half before the English EX Trainer Kit (Latias) carried the same card, which makes this the earlier Japanese printing. It arrived in the Treecko Constructed Starter Deck, a Japanese preconstructed product aimed at new players rather than pack openers. The illustration is a cheerful close-up of a pink Skitty in leafy green foliage, eyes shut and grinning, and that charm is most of its appeal as a basic. The modelled guide sits at $2.50; no PSA population is on file.
