# Rescue Board (Japanese) #153 — SV8a: Terastal Fest ex

## Summary

Common by rarity, yet this Japanese Rescue Board sits in the Terastal Fest ex set with a rainbow Poke Ball foil laid across its lower half, a shimmer that lifts a humble Tool above ordinary bulk. Above it, a red-and-white hoverboard glows orange as it streaks through a dusky purple haze. It reached Japanese shelves in December 2024, about six weeks before Prismatic Evolutions carried the same card in English. A $0.16 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file.
