# Rare Candy (Japanese) #012 — sC2: Charizard Starter Set VMAX 2

## Summary

Nearly ten months after the same Rare Candy landed in English Sword & Shield, this Japanese copy arrived in December 2020 as part of a Charizard starter set, so it trails its English twin rather than leading it. The art is a glassy blue candy wrapped in crinkled paper, glowing against a burst of lime-yellow light. A common Trainer in a ready-made deck, it is a utility staple whose appeal is the fixture it became, not any scarcity.
