# Croconaw (Japanese) #p607837 — Neo Premium File 1

## Summary

Croconaw is the middle step of Totodile's line, and Johto players who picked the blue crocodile as their starter spent most of the games with it, which is a big part of why the Pokémon still draws attention. This Japanese Neo Premium File 1 card, released in December 1999, shows it grinning with arms spread against a swirling blue water backdrop, a plain Stage 1 Water card from Neo's earliest days rather than a chase pull. The modelled guide sits at $2.87, down 5% over 30 days on 18 copies traded, with only 30 days of inventory on the board; no PSA population is on file.
