# Exploud (Japanese) #002 — Master Kit (Torchic)

## Summary

Exploud's place in this Japanese Master Kit (Torchic) release is as an ordinary pull, a mid-evolution Hoenn favorite with none of the chase pressure that props up the shiny pulls in other products. Dropped in July 2005 during the PCG era, the kit was aimed at players learning the game, so Exploud's appeal comes from its loud, sound-wave identity and from collectors completing a Japanese Hoenn run rather than from scarcity. The modelled guide sits at $2.00; no PSA population is on file.
