# Pikachu (Japanese) #018 — M6a: MEGA Expansion 30th Celebration

## Summary

Japan's Pikachu Rare in M6a, the Japanese 30th Celebration set from September 2026, lands on shelves at the same moment as its English twin in 30th Celebration, so Japanese copies carry no head start on timing. The pull is the treatment: an angry Pikachu leaps forward in a burst of yellow lightning, and the holofoil surface glitters across the whole card. In a set built around the mascot, this is a chase slot. The modelled guide sits at $0.74, up 6% over 30 days on 165 copies traded, with only 23 days of inventory on the board; no PSA population is on file, and a CGC 10 would fetch about $27 against $45 in grading fees, so the only money in this card is finishing a set, not a slab.
