# Ether (Japanese) #055 — BW6: Cold Flare

## Summary

Japanese collectors had this Ether in Cold Flare from July 2012, nearly seven months ahead of the English Plasma Storm release that carries the same Item, and that head start is what makes the Japanese edition worth tracking. The artwork is a simple prop shot, a white and purple device glowing against a bright green and yellow burst. As an uncommon it sits in the middle of the set, a useful trainer card rather than a chase pull.
