# Snivy (Japanese) #078 — BW-P Promotional cards

## Summary

A promo in the Japanese BW-P series, Snivy sits well outside the usual pack-pull ladder: it was handed out rather than opened, so rarity here means how it was distributed, not a chase slot. The Japanese BW-P promotional cards began arriving in December 2010, and this Snivy stands in a sunlit village lane, tail curled, with a small event stamp in the art's lower corner. It reached English as a 2011 McDonald's Collection card, from June of that year.
