# Speed Jil #OP08-049 — Two Legends Pre-Release Cards

## Summary

Speed Jil is a four-cost blue Whitebeard Pirates character whose On Play lets you peek at the top card, keep it or bury it, and gain Rush if it's a fellow crewmate, so it works as a gamble that sometimes hits immediately. As a common from the Two Legends Pre-Release Cards in September 2024, it is bulk, but the art catches him mid-charge, grinning in a red cap with a shield, against icy blue shards. A $0.43 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file, and the same card plays for $0.07 out of Two Legends.
