# I'm Luffy!! The Man Who Will Be King of the Pirates!! #OP17-096 — The World's Strongest Warriors

## Summary

Luffy, grinning wide-eyed under his straw hat, shouts his famous declaration in two bold speech bubbles over a warm yellow field. The mood is pure bravado, and the Black event it sits on is a one-cost counter that gives a Leader or Character +4000 power when a Character costing 12 or more is in play. Its Trigger returns an Elbaph card from the trash, so this Rare from The World's Strongest Warriors (OP17), released in August 2026, rewards Elbaph decks. A $0.18 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file.
