# Captain Buggy's Our Savior!! #OP16-057 — The Time of Battle Release Event Cards

## Summary

A one-cost blue Event that does two jobs: as a Counter it adds +4000 power to a Leader or Character when two or more Prisoner of Impel Down cards are in play, and as a Trigger it draws two and trashes one. Decks built on Impel Down's convicts get real use from it. It came from The Time of Battle Release Event Cards, OP16 RE, in June 2026, a common printed in manga-panel style, with Buggy shouting from the top and inmates cheering below. A $0.58 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file, and the same card plays for $0.07 out of The Time of Battle.
