# Helmeppo #OP02-113 — Paramount War Pre-Release Cards

## Summary

Helmeppo started out as the spoiled son of Marine Captain Morgan, a bully Luffy and Zoro humbled in the Shells Town arc, and fans warmed to him as he grew into a Navy man at Koby's side. In the Paramount War Pre-Release Cards, handed out in March 2023, this uncommon is a three-cost black Navy character whose attack shrinks an opposing cost and can swell his own power. He appears in a white coat and sunglasses, swinging a blade through a burst of white light. A $0.87 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file, and the same card plays for $0.10 out of ST-19: Starter Deck 19 BLACK Smoker.
