# Nefeltari Vivi (Heroines Special Set) #OP13-012-heroines-special-set — One Piece Promotion Cards

## Summary

A Rare in rank only, this Nefeltari Vivi comes from the Heroines Special Set in the One Piece Promotion Cards line, so the foil treatment and limited distribution matter more than the tier. The one-cost red character digs four cards deep for an Alabasta or Straw Hat Crew card costing two or more, a tidy search effect. The Alabasta princess appears with long blue hair and a pink dress against a pink backdrop. At a $120 modelled guide, down 15% over 30 days on 41 copies traded, with 35 days of inventory on the board, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.21 out of Carrying On His Will; no PSA population is on file.
