# Luffy Is the Man Who Will Become the King of Pirates!!! (Japanese Version 3rd Anniversary Set) #OP12-039-japanese-version-3rd-anniversary-set — One Piece Promotion Cards

## Summary

Green ink floods this event, with a grim, wide-eyed Zoro rendered like a manga panel and a large speech bubble declaring Luffy the man who will become the King of Pirates. That line is Zoro's loyalty in a sentence, which suits an effect that untaps a Roronoa Zoro Leader. At three cost in Green, Straw Hat Crew, the Japanese Version 3rd Anniversary Set printing from One Piece Promotion Cards is a Rare-tier piece aimed at Zoro decks. At a $243 modelled guide, up 2% on asks over 30 days on 11 copies traded, with the tape reading as a floor forming near the lows, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.08 out of ST-32: Starter Deck 32 GREEN Roronoa Zoro; no PSA population is on file.
