# To Never Doubt--That Is Power! #OP12-016 — Legacy of the Master Release Event Cards

## Summary

The art is a manga panel in red-tinted tones: a grey-bearded Rayleigh, spectacles low on his nose, framed by speech bubbles that lecture on Haki and end on the line that names the card. This OP12 common, part of the Legacy of the Master Release Event Cards and printed in August 2025, is a red event doing two jobs. Its Main effect strips an opponent's Blocker when a Rayleigh attacks, and its Counter adds +2000 power, so it is cheap utility rather than a chase pull. At a $1.11 modelled guide, up 2% over 30 days on 6 copies traded, with 425 days of inventory on the board, this printing is almost entirely collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.08 out of Legacy of the Master; no PSA population is on file.
