# Monkey.D.Dragon #OP13-017 — Carrying On His Will

## Summary

Monkey.D.Dragon appears here in a dark olive hooded cloak, face half in shadow against a smoky red-orange backdrop, a pose that suits the Revolutionary Army's leader, who has stayed mostly out of sight in the story. This Rare from Carrying On His Will (OP13), released in November 2025, is a six-cost red Character that shields other Revolutionary Army members from removal, so it fits decks built around that crew. As a plain Rare, it is a mid-tier pull and an easy playset. A $0.12 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file, and the same card plays for $0.07 out of ST-35: Starter Deck 35 RED/BLACK Sabo.
