# I Know You're Strong... So I'll Go All Out from the Very Start!!! #OP13-040 — Carrying On His Will

## Summary

A Rare sits in the mid-tier of Carrying On His Will, a good deal scarcer than the commons yet far from a chase slot, so demand here comes mostly from play rather than from the binder. The art, a close crop of a grimacing Luffy with steam venting off his shoulders and speech bubbles on both sides, fits a one-cost green event from OP13 that locks rested Characters down while doubling as a +3000 counter. It arrived in November 2025. At a $0.77 sold median, down 40% over 30 days on 1,273 copies traded, with only 19 days of inventory on the board, 13% of this printing’s price is collector premium, since the same card plays for $0.67 out of One Piece Promotion Cards; no PSA population is on file.
