# Five Elders #OP13-082 — Carrying On His Will

## Summary

The Five Elders sit atop the World Government as the Celestial Dragons' enforcers of the world's order, and fans tie them to Imu's throne room scenes in the Reverie and Egghead stretch of the story. This Super Rare from Carrying On His Will, released in November 2025, shows the four gray-haired figures in a black, fractured panel layout. The ten-cost black Character reanimates the Elders in an Imu Leader deck, which explains why players chase it. A $0.64 modelled guide with no copies traded in 30 days says bulk, and the economics stop there: no PSA population is on file.
